Eagle Investment Systems renovated both floors of their 100,000 square foot office space in Wellesley, Massachusetts. On the main floor, the previous tenant had constructed private offices along the entire perimeter of the building. Eagle opted to remove them all to allow for an open, collaborative and flexible work environment. 'Huddle' rooms and small privacy rooms separate the open office areas into smaller, more intimate neighborhoods. The renovation also features a large, multi-purpose cafe and lounge space, as well as a client presentation area specifically for demonstrating software capabilities. On the upper floor, a central atrium is a breakout space with a virtual reality experience lab.
