Historic Sewickley residence restored with an addition that honors original materials and architectural detailing.
Built in 1895, this historic townhouse was divided into small apartments in the 1980s. The new owners hired us to return the property to its former glory as a single-family home. The house underwent a complete renovation to restore the original architectural details and millwork.
Our updated design added modern amenities such as an elevator, open plan kitchen, great room, limestone fireplaces and a three-season porch. Classic details were refreshed with contemporary fixtures, a fresh color palette, and relaxed furnishings.
