After living in a traditional house for many years, the owners of this home wanted to design a custom, ground-up modern international style home. Clad in white stucco that contrasts with the dark black windows, the exterior also features an outdoor kitchen, wading pool and fireplace. Inside, the second floor guest suite overlooks the double height living space with a monumental stair and an open floor plan concept that connects the kitchen, living and dining rooms.
