This ground-up residential project was built on the shores of Deep Creek Lake in Oakland, Maryland. The main level of the home features a double height living room that opens up to a deck overlooking the lake. A traditional home with some modern interior detailing, the house has seven bedrooms and 8-1/2 bathrooms. Amenities include a hot tub, full gym including a sauna, a golf simulator room, four fireplaces and a screened-in porch.
