Sewickley Historic Renovation and Addition 2

Located prominently on a historical street in Sewickley, this single-family home built in the 1870’s was a forgotten gem.  It had been converted into a duplex and its interiors sub-divided.  The exterior which had been altered over the years lacked curb appeal and any resemblance to the other homes in the historic district.

Recognizing its potential, the new owner hired Wildman and her team to restore the residence to its original single-family status. The renovations included a redesign of the exterior façade and interior layouts. An addition was added with an open plan kitchen, dining room, mudroom, office, laundry room and covered porch with an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and entertainment space. Tucked in behind the house is a new carriage house with a two-car garage and patio with a pool and jacuzzi.
